Job Description: As our Compensation Manager, you’ll help lead the design, evaluation, modification and implementation of compensation strategies and policies that will enable us to attract, hire and retain the outstanding talent SeaWorld is known for. You will ensure our compensation system is best-in-class and in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements Job Responsibilities: Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plans Prepare Compensation Committee presentations Review and complete job evaluation requests to ensure market competitiveness Develop and maintain documentation of Compensation processes and procedures Formulate recommendations for impending legislation / Statutory requirements Empower leaders and business partners with data to drive decisions Administer Merit, Annual Incentive, and Equity programs Fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations, including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Job Requirements: Five or more years of compensation experience, including three or more years in a leadership role Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities Bachelors Degree Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources modeling HRIS or payroll experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills CCP certification a plus Strong presentation and analytical skills Job Details: Company: SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
