Job Description: Our program puts you in a supervisory role in one of our parks and features a series of expert-led seminars to help you hone your skills. Your experience will culminate with a Team Project where you will work on a real-world business case and present your findings directly to Senior Leadership. Job Responsibilities: Monitor all assigned locations to ensure safety, Five-Star Service, and cleanliness Maintain safety standards for both Ambassadors and guests Coach and counsel Ambassadors on their performance Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of all assigned locations Assist with the training of new Ambassadors and ensuring they have the proper training documentation Complete all tasks assigned by park leadership in a timely manner Monitor budgeted labor and location supplies Oversee and coordinate daily assignments for all Ambassadors to include employee scheduling, rotation schedules and break schedules Job Requirements: Must be currently pursuing a college degree Commit to working through the 2025 peak operating season (mid May– mid August) Qualification & Experience: Previous leadership or theme park experience is a plus Excellent human relations and communication skills Flexible availability (schedules include nights, weekend and holidays) Job Details: Company: SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Vacancy Type: Internship Job Location: Williamsburg, VA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
