Job Description: In order to be considered for part-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business needs. This may include working opening, mid-day, closing shifts, weekends and holidays. Job Responsibilities: Set up and bus tables in assigned areas Produce and serve bar drinks by following recipe and presentation standards Keep all assigned areas clean and sanitary, including emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and detail cleaning Operate cash register for cash or credit card transactions Check and ensure appropriate drinking age and monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Interact with guests by greeting and providing excellent service Job Requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership Must be at least 18 years of age Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Prior server/bartender experience required. Minimum of one year preferred.
