Job Description: As an Guest Arrival Ambassador (Admissions) you’ll play a key role in defining our guest experience by presenting a welcoming spirit to guests entering the parking lot, the main gate area and throughout the park. You will communicate park information to guests while enthusiastically displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality Job Responsibilities: Work in a team environment Ensure positive enforcement of park policies Follow proper cash handling procedures Maintain monies and sales information for audit and balance Work any front gate position as needed Interact with others in a professional manner Operate cash register Administer park surveys to guests Sell guest parking and monitor park traffic flow Validating tickets for guest park entrance Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency Excellent cash handling abilities Qualification & Experience: Bilingual or multilingual communication skills a plus Previous guest/customer service experience preferred Ability to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systems Work with large amounts of cash Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
