Job Responsibilities: Serve as primary scheduler for specified departments Gather data and analyze areas of ownership Provide support to the Labor Supervisor and Finance Leader Make process improvement, scheduling utilization recommendations Support the needs of SeaWorld Orlando parks through scheduling, timekeeping and analysis and share these finding and solutions to varied levels of leadership Point of contact for the ambassador call-in line Assist with annual budgets Assist as a backup for timekeeping as needed Maintain area line schedules Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively At least one year experience in a customer service related position or office environment preferred Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Qualification & Experience: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have strong written and verbal communication skills One year of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment or related hospitality company experience Prior entertainment experience is a bonus Prior scheduling experience required Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Job Details: Company: SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
