Job Description: The Consumer Insights Manager is responsible for delivering data driven, compelling market & consumer insight to drive the Midway North America marketing strategy and product development to shape the future of customer initiatives. This position integrates quantitative and qualitative analyses and must be a specialist in data collection, interrogation, analysis & presentation Job Responsibilities: Compile and analyze internal and external statistical data using modern and traditional analytics methods and reputable research tools and techniques that support the development of sound business strategy. Collect data on customers, competitors and marketplace, and consolidate information into actionable insights, reports and presentations. Understand key metrics to track by attraction and lead the development of consistent tracking approaches Present insights summaries, detailed findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders, including leadership team members.Develop dashboards to ensure key stakeholders are continuously informed and identify opportunities and areas of focus. Catalogue findings to databases. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand brand and attraction objectives and insight needs, collect and interpret complex data, formulate reports and deliver actionable recommendations. Utilize external and internal data sources to deliver compelling insights to drive the Midway North America business Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market and industry trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation. Design, implement and analyze custom research studies to discover prospective customers’ preferences.Manage both qualitative and quantitative market research projects. Job Requirements: An impressive record of achievement within an organization where consumer insights is an advanced and integral part of the business. At least 4 years prior experience in consumer insights, data-intensive marketing, or strategic consulting a must. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, Statistics (or related major). Strong knowledge of research methodologies and tools and understanding of quantitative and qualitative market research technique. Qualification & Experience: Strong Excel & PowerPoint proficiency. Microsoft Power BI knowledge preferable. Exceptional verbal and written communication skill, and ability to tell stories with data Proven attention to detail and effective communication essential to success in role.
