Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator for Madame Tussauds San Francisco will be right in the heart of our magic, helping deliver the local marketing plan in line with the national strategy, and planning and managing promotional, PR, social media, and sales activities. Job Responsibilities: Coordinates the set-up of all tickets relating to Trade, ensures that key stakeholders are briefed, and notifies clients and Call Center about new product developments and events. Coordinates and enters group reservations in ticketing system; maintains and updates reservations. Remains up-to-date on products/changes and ensures that all marketing outlets have updated information on hours, pricing, promotions, etc. Executes local Marketing & Sales tactics in line with agreed attraction strategy, and in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the attraction General Manager. Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required. Liaises with local contacts, concierge, and partners. Advocate for the brand and share updates on product changes and promotions. Ensures appropriate information is communicated to all internal departments, guests, and partners. Coordinates marketing efforts targeted to groups including direct mail, email, and telemarketing campaigns, and representing the attraction at trade shows when needed. Collaborates with the Head of Marketing and General Manager to generate POs and log and track all marketing-related operating expenses. Job Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Photoshop, video editing is a plus! Excellent communication and motivational skills. College degree in communication, marketing, and related field, or equivalent experience. Qualification & Experience: Open to new learning and quickly adapts to change. Great organization skills, detail-oriented, self-starter, and creative problem solver. Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary Ability to work with people from all backgrounds and levels of discipline. Experience gained from working within a marketing function, and exposure to the tactics of the marketing mix.
