Job Description: We are LEGOLAND California Resort - the place where FUN is built and memories are made. Across our Resort we have two fantastic LEGO themed Hotels, a Water Park, a SEA LIFE Aquarium, more than 60 rides and attractions, 20 food and beverage locations, and 14 retail stores – the opportunities here are endless! Job Responsibilities: Check for new maintenance requests from the PMS (Property Management System) and update remarks once the task is completed. Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements. Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems. Ability to ensure security of guest room access and hotel property. Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy. Ability to interpret readings from meters & gauges and other measuring units. Communicate with different types of people to comprehend what they want and to provide them with information and assistance. Respond and attend to guest repair requests Ability to maintain confidentiality of hotel guests and pertinent hotel information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests. Update the maintenance work order form / Job card and file them. Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments. Qualification & Experience: ITI or Diploma holder in Air conditioning and refrigeration or electrical or civil or mechanical. Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role with a good understanding of English, both written and oral. To be able to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organised. Ability to multi-task in busy environment and adheres to hotel the Standard Operating Procedures.
