Across our Resort we have two fantastic LEGO themed Hotels, a Water Park, a SEA LIFE Aquarium, more than 60 rides and attractions, 20 food and beverage locations, and 14 retail stores – the opportunities here are endless! Job Responsibilities: Must be able to perform without supervision. Keep downtime to a minimum. Respond to emergency calls within the resort Examine existing air conditioning systems to verify that systems are functioning. Expedite repairs to ensure guests’ and fellow MC’s safety and comfort at all times. Follow established maintenance programs and maintain equipment as per specification of manufacturer. Performs maintenance on all air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment. Job Requirements: Minimum of five years of related experience and training. A minimum of four years of experience in installing, maintaining and servicing HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Knowledge of CFC, EPA and OSHA codes. Ability to react under pressure in emergency situations. Qualification & Experience: Ability to follow supervisor’s directions effectively. Ability to read and evaluate reports and correspondence. A friendly, polite and customer service can do attitude. Valid HVAC/R certification required. Effective decision-making skills.
