Job Responsibilities: Responsible for motivating, training, cross-training and developing the Team Leaders and handling, guest service and general safety polices and procedures and share this knowledge with others daily. Provides positive and corrective feedback to all team members to improve performance output with Oversees and coordinates the operational effectiveness of all assigned locations. Implements and financial objectives to team members on a daily basis. Communicates daily operational served in an efficient and friendly manner with children as a primary focus.
