Job Description: The Strategic Alliances Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with some existing Partners, while deploying a complete business development approach (identification of categories, key players, making tailor-made pitches, negotiations) to secure new Alliances on open categories. Job Responsibilities: Understand the strategy and needs of potential Partners to deliver the most relevant proposals and maximise the value of the deal To be familiar with the tools for analysing and simulating the ROI of the alliance and to be able to use them wisely to build an optimal alliance framework Work closely with legal, financial and other resources throughout the negotiation process Ensure alignment of all stakeholders within Disneyland Paris on the choice of a Partner and the content of the agreement with the Partner Under the supervision of a Manager, develop innovative and relevant Partnership pitches, anchored in strategic and marketing issues, with a strong creative and commercial dimension Scan the sponsorship market and understand Disneyland Paris' strategy in order to identify potential categories and Partners and deliver maximum value for our company Carry out preliminary analysis of prospective categories, to identify key stakeholders and issues and implement an approach strategy Job Requirements: You have a minimum of 2 years professional experience in marketing/communication partnerships or in partnership development, ideally in the Entertainment field. Taste for innovation, strong interest in marketing and the sponsorship market Qualification & Experience: Dynamic, creative, commercial, team player with proven interpersonal skills.
