Job Description: Provide essential support to the Marketplace Manager in the management of Marketplace accounts, their performance and their relationships working to maximize potential. Lead internal communication on the department championing the Marketplace business model across the wider business Job Responsibilities: Manage departmental tools including planning and handover files and the Product Tracker. Manage product uploads and proactively check the Marketplace portals As defined by the Marketplace Manager, trade each Marketplace account to maximise the opportunity and return – utilise partner optimisation and discoverability tools Undertake daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of accounts and general trade communicating to the wider business proactively making recommendations to drive the business As required, contribute to the sales, stock and margin planning for each individual Marketplace account, feeding into GPC planning teams With the Marketplace Merchandising Assistant, run meeting minutes and departmental trackers Work with GPC teams to maximise trading opportunities for Marketplace accounts keeping on track of all GPC trading and making suggestions back to Marketplace Manager per Marketplace account Undertake proactive standard and ad hoc analysis with clear recommendations to support change with the account to drive the opportunity and return Work closely with DTCR Marketing to analyse, report on, make decisions, and take actions, as approved by the Marketplace Manager, to maximise opportunity and return Job Requirements: Proven ability building effective business relationships Exceptional planning and organisation skills Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail Analytical approach Strong influencing skills with the ability to achieve buy-in at all levels Highly numerate Computer literate in MS office package with advanced Excel skills Qualification & Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Merchandiser with some e-commerce experience, desirable Experience of supporting and overseeing the performance of other team members, beneficial Experience in analytics, desirable Demonstrable experience of working in teams and building effective relationships Understanding of retail merchandising and experience within a retail head office environment essential Job Details: Company: The Walt Disney Company Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England, United Kingdom Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
