Job Description: Support the Digital Media Antipiracy team, in particular by helping with the notice and takedown programme, analysing pirate sites and related infrastructure and preparing intelligence reports for internal clients. Job Responsibilities: Maintain familiarity with internet piracy issues, including legal cases and governmental activity. Investigate and report on the operation and hosting of pirate websites. Assist with Disney’s notice and takedown programme for EMEA, sending legal notifications to websites that host or make available pirated videos, including: Track and research relevant legal and commercial developments affecting piracy, copyright and intermediary liability. Issue, track and follow up on takedown notices to hosts of pirate content. Review suspected pirated digital content on the internet. Liaise with internal clients who report suspected online digital infringements. Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of internet technologies and networks; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel; Experience of delivering intelligence, information and research products to a high standard.
