Job Description: The Licensing Sales Coordinator will support the Licensing Sales Manager with execution of long term and fiscal year strategies as set by department leads. The role will support with pitching and securing new licensees that enhance the category growth in a substantial manner. They will coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns and key projects to support the delivery of business strategies and financial targets. Job Responsibilities: Support the wider team with the creation of category briefs, pitches and retail campaign ideas, ensuring decks and materials adhere to brand guidelines Support and cultivate the relationship engagement and partnership with each EMEA account, new and existing Support the Licensing Sales Manager with the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process as directed, developing supplier (licensee) objectives and strategies, working with markets, consumer demo groups, category teams, franchise, marketing, product development and finance to drive growth With direction from the Licensing Sales Manager, support the implementation the long-term strategy for specific department in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Using key trends as well as commercial and consumer insight, support the implementation of strategies cross company and departmentally whilst being agile to capitalise on the moment and identify new opportunities and target partners Team project coordinator for key cross franchise seasonal campaigns; involving coordinating with franchise development and marketing teams, licensee brand teams, ensuring product images and assets are available and adhere to brand guidelines Job Requirements: Experience within consumer products commercialisation, beneficial Licensing experience ideally in similar business/ industry, beneficial Financial acumen Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, corporate environment helpful Degree level education in a related field or equivalent work experience Ability to analyse data and make recommendations to achieve business targets Qualification & Experience: Computer literate including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote Influencing skills with the ability to achieve buy-in at all levels A good eye for digital, social and brick and mortar marketing Resilient and nimble in an ever changing landscape Fluent English, essential; other European languages, beneficial Commercial and strategic approaches to problem solving and innovation An ability to be agile in order to capitalise on the moment and with support, identify new opportunities and target partners Planning and organisation skills Job Details: Company: The Walt Disney Company Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England, United Kingdom Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
