Job Description: The HR Coordinator will act as the administrative lynchpin of the HR Business Partner team, staying one step ahead of their day to day activities to ensure the smooth running of the department, assisting the HR Team in all areas of their roles including HR administration, diary management, presentation preparation, notetaking in any formal employee relations meetings. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage department holiday records All other duties as assigned Project support where necessary Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, meet and greet and organise calls Raise Purchase Orders through SAP Presentation preparation Completion of HR administration forms as required Liaise with the Global HR Operations team on administration Notetaking Diary management Assisting with the administration and coordination of HR meetings, attending if applicable Job Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, professional and polite Experience of working within a fast paced, international organisation (a distinct advantage) SAP experience highly desirable Workday experience desirable Previous HR experience or HR related studies a distinct advantage Qualification & Experience: Demonstrable notetaking skills Able to handle high volumes of different tasks while managing priorities and deadlines Excellent computer skills (Word, Power point, Excel, SAP, Outlook, Internet etc) Pro-active and forward-thinking, open to learning Strong attention to detail Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiative Highly discrete and aware of sensitive and confidential information and situations Job Details: Company: The Walt Disney Company Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England, United Kingdom Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
