Job Description: As the Sr Manager, Programming Operations, you will be asked to plan, prioritize, and manage short, mid, and long-term initiatives spanning the Programming organization, owning the creation of presentation materials and ongoing reporting optimization. You will work directly with the SVP to maintain operations and workflows for the numerous groups within the Programming organization. Job Responsibilities: Assist in developing presentations, including doing the necessary research and program managing the efforts to collect the necessary data and producing the decks. Coordinates and facilitates leadership and other senior team meetings led by the SVP and peers including agenda setting, guest coordination, notes taking, follow-ups and next steps. Monitor and manage budgets as appropriate Cultivate a strong network (formal and informal) of leaders both within the DMED segment and across TWDC. Project manage Programming team initiatives including project plans, issue management, milestone tracking and reporting, budgeting, stakeholder coordination and resource management. Manage and maintain regular cadence for both the Programing team’s reporting and internal communications.
