Job Description: The Park Service’s Associate is responsible for maintaining areas at Central Park Zoo. Job Responsibilities: Checking equipment and reporting those that need repair, moving equipment and supplies to assigned areas Emptying garbage bins and maintaining outside walkways Completing other assignments and helping others on the team as required Providing excellent service to guests, including maintaining general knowledge of park attractions and amenities, answering questions and finding ways to create a great guest experience, in accordance with WCS standards of guest service Cleaning and maintaining comfort stations in accordance with WCS procedures Job Requirements: Drivers License Display proficiency and skills in the use of tools associated with applicable fields Ability to operate vehicles or other equipment such as snow throwers, leaf blowers, carpet extractors, vacuums, buffing machines.
