Job Description: Assist in directing the daily operation of multiple assigned areas. Ensure that all staff provide superior customer service and consistent quality products that enhance the guest's experience. Implement sales training to upsell products in a manner maximizing transaction spending. Enforce WCS procedures and checklists for maximum daily efficiency. Job Responsibilities: Reinforce selling skills training of team by focusing on the individual sale so as to increase average transaction spent. Ensure that all Associates & supervisors provide superior customer service in accordance with WCS and Departmental procedures and standards. Oversee the daily operation of assigned location(s) and staff to achieve sales target. Ensure that the food or merchandise presentation area is fully stocked, organized, exciting and visually appealing. Maintain cash and inventory controls to ensure that funds are handled in an accurate and secure manner that conforms to department policies and procedures. Adhere to all Federal, State and Local labor laws and standards for food preparation, presentation, sanitation and storage. Provide relief and coverage for full time management in his/her absence. Ensure that all work locations are neat, clean, organized and safe. Job Requirements: Valid Driver's license preferred, but not required The applicant must have excellent communication skills, a positive work ethic and possess well-developed leadership abilities. Previous supervisory experience in related retail or restaurant businesses is required. NYC Food Handlers Certificate preferred, but not required.
