Supporting the sales strategy by assisting with outbound calls and telemarketing Answer incoming Group Sales telephone lines & email correspondence. Ensure that customers are aware of the full range of products available at the individual parks, including special offers Processing advance bookings and ticket sales for all parks Job Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including a clear, friendly phone voice Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Qualification & Experience: Must possess a professional and positive attitude, and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone. Ability to work independently as well as within a team Must be flexible & available to work weekends, holidays & extended hour Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Word and Excel a must, PowerPoint a plus. Knowledge of Gateway Ticketing System and/or Salesforce is a plus.
