Job Description: As a Restaurant Sous Chef at Worlds of Fun, you will ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way. You will oversee food preparation by checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties and monitor equipment quality related to safety and sanitation. The Restaurant Sous Chef will train new kitchen staff. Qualification & Experience: Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law. Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
