Job Description: Cedar Fair is seeking a Workforce Administrator at the Charlotte, NC corporate office. The Workforce Administrator will initially assist with the transition, testing, and auditing of the new time and attendance system configuration. Moving forward this position will assist with system upkeep, system testing, release management, and user training. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with both internal and external testing partners to ensure appropriate testing is being performed for all time and attendance policies and configurations. Meet and coordinate with key business partners in HR, payroll, and HRIS to establish and maintain policy requirements for Cedar Fair. Translate highly technical specifications and configurations into clear communications for management and payroll to understand system functionality and performance. Recommend and implement best practices for scalability, supportability, and system performance. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, pay code and data mapping and documentation for SME's to use for testing and reviewing. Assist with system maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors. Manage system ticketing processes with both internal and external partners. Job Requirements: High attention to detail, can communicate clearly and effectively in both speaking and writing, experience in reading and developing system configuration, exceptional critical thinking skills, organized and efficient. 0-2 years related experience Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially in Excel, Time and Attendance / Workforce Management Systems, and works well independently or can equally excel as a collaborator with a team.
