Job Description: As a Guest Correspondence Ambassador, you’ll make a significant contribution to our overall guest experience by communicating with guests in a positive and constructive way while following up and resolving issues. You’ll be the one our guests turn to in order to share about their experience with us. In all you do, you’ll enthusiastically represent SeaWorld by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality.
