Job Description: As a Manager of Park Operations, you’ll play a lead role in ensuring positive, memorable guest experiences. You’ll strive to exceed guest expectations while resolving any and all guest situations. This involves training, coaching and mentoring Ambassadors to deliver consistently outstanding performances. Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all SEA protocols, procedures, standards and regulations Oversee employee training resulting in a professional workforce and a safe work environment Mentor and develop the team in the interest of preparing them for both daily operation and advancement Ensure the efficient use of labor and expenses while constantly seeking improved practices and procedures Monitor and manage the operational areas as assigned within the Guest Arrival Operations department Hold ambassadors and leadership accountable for guest service / engagement standards, policy and procedural exceptions, guest service metrics, and other performance measures Directly responsible for leading 75+ ambassadors and directing the day-to-day operations and special events of the Sesame Place (parking, tolls, ticketing, guest relations, in park upgrade center and quick queue) teams Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Three (3) or more years of operational theme park experience preferred A valid driver’s license At least 18 years of age Qualification & Experience: Flexibility to perform varied duties Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for customer service Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Job Details: Company: Busch Garden Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Langhorne, PA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
