Job Description: As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you’ll keep our park running smoothly while delivering great guest service with a positive, enthusiastic spirit. And you’ll do this in a lot of different ways, including processing group reservations, ensuring quick queues, handling lost ticket issues, providing guest education, handling global reservations and working the parking lot. Job Responsibilities: Practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment Accurately process monetary transactions Handle will call and interaction program requests Work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures Perform crowd control in order to open and close location efficiently Job Requirements: Basic computer skills with Windows/Office Ability to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
