Job Description: In our Food and Beverage Service Ambassador role, you’ll ensure a great eating experience for our guests in a variety of venues, including restaurants, carts/kiosks, specialty snack carts, coffee shops, dessert stations, etc. You will deliver great guest service in a fun, fast-paced, one-of-a-kind environment. Job Responsibilities: Provide exemplary guest service and ensure F&B service standards are met Accurately process monetary transactions following proper cash handling procedures, as defined by the cash handling policies Perform general housekeeping tasks including wiping down tables and chairs, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes and other duties as assigned in both the guest dining areas, kitchen and back areas Unload daily product from the warehouse deliveries Process and serve hot and cold food items for guests in a timely and courteous manner while maintaining food quality and sanitation standards Perform general food prep work including but not limited to preparing produce, desserts, entrees, snacks, and other basic menu items Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Follow SEA menu guidelines to specifications and serving procedures Ensure correct portions of food and beverage are serviced at correct temperatures with proper plate presentation Job Requirements: Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing) Qualification & Experience: Flexibility to perform varied duties Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills At least 15 years old Outstanding communication abilities A passion for customer service Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs Job Details: Company: Busch Garden Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Langhorne, PA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
