Job Responsibilities: Support financial needs of Orlando parks through research, analysis and reporting. Be the main point of contact for support on all requests related to labor research/reporting/analysis Monitor labor productivity analytics and propose solutions for improvement Serves as a subject matter expert in terms of workforce management Identifies and recommends areas of opportunity for expense control and labor optimization to be used to inform workforce management decisions made by business leaders in various functions Conduct research through in-park visits and share findings to corresponding leadership to help their department remain cost effective Produce, distribute and analyze trends of weekly, monthly & yearly reports Conduct variance research and project/forecast future months based on findings Job Requirements: Able to analyze and communicate the relationship between labor and revenue through metrics Strong Microsoft Office application skills, specifically with Excel with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables and manipulation of large amounts of data At least 18 years old Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Minimum of 6 months' work experience in Finance/Accounting as an analyst Qualification & Experience: Strong understanding of financial statements Able to develop relationships within the finance organization and between finance and operations Able to multi-task and prioritize Able to make observations and record data in both indoor and outdoor settings under a variety of weather conditions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate the ability to budget, forecast and plan for multiple departments Able to communicate financials to non-financial individuals Able to conducted ad hoc business analysis Able to sit for long periods of time Excellent analytical, financial, and mathematical skills Intermediate presentation skills Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need Job Details: Company: Busch Garden Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
