Job Description: As the Digital Media Performance Analyst, you will own the execution of paid channels such as search, social media, display, video and other channels in the future. You will manage, scale and optimize paid campaigns focused on driving ticket sales, lead generation, engagement, and retention. You will also be responsible for the coordination of all digital media assets including managing the asset traffic process with our creative and media agencies. You will oversee the execution of digital media assets and work on performance reporting and evaluation of performance against KPIs. In this role, you will need a strong growth mindset (a love for numbers, critical and strategic thinking, desire for continuous experimentation, etc.) and an unrelenting drive to achieve goals. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that all digital assets are provided timely to the various digital media partners and served properly per media partner Manage your channels end to end, including: developing channel strategy, defining targeting, managing creative, setting up campaigns, optimizing campaigns, measuring performance, and deriving insights to inform future campaigns. Build and maintain a test-and-learn culture to determine the most effective channels. *Improve effectiveness in current paid performance channels, and expand into new channels. Manage key paid channels, which include Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snap, Google Search, Bing, and other channels in the future. Partner closely with media agencies to align on goals, and drive the strategy to get there. *Serve as the day to day point of contact for agency communication and status updates. Monitor and measure the performance on media and make recommendations on how to allocate the media mix for each individual park Manage the traffic process with our creative and media partners and cross functional marketing teams Lead the performance reporting process for all parks and all media channels with a focus on digital media KPIs Job Requirements: 2+ years of Digital Marketing Agency experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field. Expert in Social and Paid Search. Expertise in additional channels is a plus. Experience with process definition and improvement in a transformational environment. Deep knowledge of platforms including Facebook, Google (and other platforms) and tools including at least Google Analytics. Qualification & Experience: Proven success influencing and collaborating within a team and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with shifting and conflicting priorities and deadlines. Proven experience presenting data in an actionable and useful way to allow business owners to make decisions. Self-motivated and able to operate independently, as well as work effectively with others. Strong critical thinking skills and creative approaches to test new ideas and drive business results. Proven ability to manage external suppliers and ensure top value and performance for organization.
