Job Responsibilities: Responsible for responding and fulfilling community relations donation requests Perform other duties as assigned according to business need Interact with ambassadors, guests, and clients, providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner Support media relations and influencer engagement efforts for Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, including escorting media in-park, writing copy, coverage reports, media list maintenance and arranging media visits and giveaways Properly represent SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and our commitment to excellence Support and execute internal communications initiatives for ambassadors, including copy editing, developing park-wide emails, intranet posts, newsletters, and distributing printed materials for park departments Assist with other Marketing functions as needed; assist leadership with various special projects or other duties as assigned according to business need Work in a team environment and always demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor Job Requirements: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Must have a professional demeanor and excellent communications skills (written and oral) with an ability to adapt communication style to different audiences (ambassadors and guests) Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required; Communications / Marketing degree, or undergraduate study with communications focus preferred Qualification & Experience: Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications Fluent in Spanish preferred Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
