Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures Oversee completion of daily opening and closing procedures Create and maintain unit’s team rotation grid Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required Utilize problem solving skills to ensure positive guest resolutions as needed Ensure strict adherence to all cash handling procedures Ensure a safe environment for all ambassadors, guests, and animals Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the park, conduct quality inspections of assigned areas, and follow up on any opportunities to improve Responsible for the development of OJT’s and ambassadors by providing training, feedback and coaching. Respond to guest and ambassador needs Report to Supervisors and Managers regarding the status of projects Oversee assigned operating area Job Requirements: Valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license Leadership experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Possession or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree preferred Previous cash handling experience preferred Excellent computer skills, ability to work multiple selling systems preferred At least 18 years old Qualification & Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to bend and stoop to assist in cleaning the park Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Ability to work comfortably outdoors at heights up to 150 feet (350 ft for Skytower) Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations Ability to to complete provided CPR/AED training/certification Comfortability speaking in front of large groups of guests and ambassadors Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to assist in ride testing by riding all park rides Ability to operate in a cash handling environment Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds Ability to walk in sand Ability to be trained and certified at all attractions Ability to able to climb stairs Job Details: Company: Busch Garden Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
