Job Description: As an Assistant Supervisor of Operations for Guest Arrivals, you’ll help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. Ensure adherence to all cash handling procedures. Work any Front Gate position based on business need Demonstrate day to day and forward looking ownership of areas through responsibility of facility performance, acting with integrity and professionalism, following through on commitments and making educated decisions with a sense of urgency. Create an inspiring, collaborative, innovative and results oriented location environment fostering guest service, job satisfaction and retention. Assist leadership in establishing a workplace environment that promotes personal development of self and others, creating high morale amongst entire team and sets the example for development. Respond to guest and team member needs by utilizing problem solving skills to ensure positive resolutions as needed. Ensure departmental goals for Safety, Cleanliness, Gate Penetration, and World Class Service are met Perform all front line duties as needed to include tollbooths, turnstiles, ticket windows, upgrade counter, and Quick Queue Upkeep all documentation, team member files, schedules, databases, and generation of regular reports. Qualification & Experience: Excellent communication skills both written and oral. At least 18 years of age with a valid high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and able to meet company driving guidelines preferred Be a role model for SEA safety, guest service, cleanliness and grooming standards. Flexible in work location. Comfortable speaking in front of large groups. Able to work a minimum 20 hours per week for Part Time with flexible schedule, including weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays revious supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
