Job Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and effectively to leadership regarding assigned responsibilities Utilize reservation based systems, assuring that servers have adequate supplies, conducting table touches, and monitoring host stand in designated full service locations Perform other duties as assigned Follow detailed recipes and ensure food quality on the service lines Develop ambassadors by providing training, feedback and coaching Utilize problem solving skills to handle/resolve ambassador and guest concerns/ needs Oversee the daily operation of assigned area, complete opening/closing procedures, ensure safety of all ambassadors, guests and animals; provide exceptional guest service and maintain cleanliness of the parks Operate general food equipment and ensure routine cleaning and maintenance are being completed Understand and enforce all state/federal regulations, park policies and department procedures Effectively communicate through e-mail, submit work orders, warehouse orders, track item counts through CMIA and track various items in excel/word documents Job Requirements: Able to be certified in RCS Alcohol Awareness class At least one year hospitality/customer service At least 18 years of age Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility Position is contingent upon successful completion of the ServSafe Food Manager certification test Communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership Able to be trained and certified on HACCP/Food Safety Procedures Qualification & Experience: Able to lift, push and pull 55 pounds High school diploma or equivalent preferred Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Previous leadership experience preferred Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; weekends, and holidays Able to bend and stoop to assist in cleaning the park Able to stand for long periods of time Have or be able to be trained to have excellent cash handling skills Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes Previous SAP experience preferred Bilingual preferred Previous experience in a fine dining, full service restaurant as front of house leadership preferred Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals Able to walk in sand Able to complete provided CPR training/certification Job Details: Company: Busch Gardens Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
