Job Description: As an Accounting Supervisor, you will support the accounting functions of Busch Gardens Tampa and Adventure Island by performing various daily functions to ensure accurate financial results are being generated and overall SeaWorld Entertainment corporate policies are being followed. Job Responsibilities: Print and record hard copy tickets, meal coupons and other needed items as requested Review freight charges and reclass miscoded items accordingly ensuring these charges are assigned to the proper expense account or identified with a specific capital project prior to that project being closed Contacting vendors for missing invoices Submitting utility bills for each park Researching vendor payment issues Researching purchase orders that are blocked for payment due to receiving issues, pricing, etc. Act as the Accounts Payable liaison for Busch Gardens and Adventure Island by performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Submitting immediate need requests and printing checks Job Requirements: Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP knowledge preferred Have a high school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred in Accounting, finance, or related business discipline Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to quickly master proprietary systems applications software and report writers Qualification & Experience: Excellent interpersonal skills Effective written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization Must be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and functionality; intermediate skill level in Excel required Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively perform in a multitask oriented environment to meet specific deadlines Job Details: Company: Busch Garden Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Tampa, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
