Job Responsibilities: Perform account reconciliations and prepare and post journal entries Cross-train to develop a more well-rounded knowledge of the Finance/Accounting department Use an automated accounting system (SAP) Work closely with other departments to develop best practices for all areas of accounting Support and process closing and reporting functions for multiple parks, including non-park entities Work on various other projects as assigned Job Requirements: Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or 4 years work experience in related field 1 year accounting or finance experience preferred Ability to perform entry level accounting procedures Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, financial and mathematical skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills to ensure quality of work meets expected quality standards Team-oriented and able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization Proven ability to redesign processes to improve efficiency and/or accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with SAP preferred but not required Job Details: Company: Busch Garden Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
