Job Description: Serves as the Export Administrator (FEA), Technology Transfer Officer (TTO) and Small Business Innovative Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) Manager for the NASA Office of JPL Management and Oversight (NOJMO), at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). Serves as the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) on assigned SBIR contracts and as the Chair of the JPL SBIR Contractor Selection Committee, recommending selections of SBIR proposals. Job Requirements: In addition to the basic education requirement (shown below), you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: evaluating an organizations data sharing activity with external partners in accordance with current policies or provisions; analyzing, interpreting, and/or executing an organizations programmatic and partnership responsibilities in regard to current export controls, counterintelligence and/or security provisions; engaging in sensitive or classified interactions involving engineering and technology development or testing and providing corrective action to be implemented on a wide variety of problems; and partnering with cross-organization and cross-discipline subject matter experts.
