Job Description: The Senior Solutions Specialist will be a member of the Centralized Outreach Team. This position will focus on customer notification and outreach related to the High Pressure Regulator (HPR)/Idle Facilities programs and other outreach field support or programs as necessary such as Environmental Notifications, Gas Vegetation Program Management, Electric Vegetation Management, System Hardening or other Electric or Gas programs as assigned. The Outreach Specialist will communicate to customers throughout the PG&E territory by phone, email, or in person meetings. The specialist will be responsible for composing letters and mailing them in a timely fashion to communicate Electric or Gas work that may be impacting our customers. The Specialist may work with a team of other Specialists, Program Managers, or Operations Representatives throughout the PG&E territory. This position requires some travel (up to 25%) throughout the service territory. Job Responsibilities: Utilize resources to prepare and complete outreach, including Google Earth, GIS, CC&B, SAP Route and handle complex customer concerns, in a timely and thorough manner - on the phone or in person based on the nature of the concern Tailboard and educate internal and external project crews regarding customer concerns or issues Strategize and develop customized outreach plans for specific projects with input from PM and team Become a subject matter expert on HPRs/Idle Facilities and other gas/electric programs Collect, coordinate, organize and deliver outreach plans and deliverables in a timely manner including coordinating and executing contracts for HPR/Idle Facility customer commitments Understand and review planned work and execute comprehensive customer outreach in coordination with partnering organizations or departments to ensure ample customer communications Act as lead to coordinate input from the Program Managers, local construction teams, Public Affairs, Land Management, Environmental Management, and others Take the lead to develop local tactical plans, project by project, based on in-field expertise Initiate strong working relationships with work sponsored project managers (PMs) Qualification & Experience: Experience in customer service, 3 years Ability to travel up to 10 percent of working time CA Class C License, or equivalent Cluster-Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering or job-related discipline or equivalent experience Job-related experience, 4 years Job Details: Company: Pacific Gas and Electric Company Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Modesto, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
