Job Responsibilities: You will develop strong relationships and partner with our physician faculty in Canada to support peer to peer training events and discuss ways for continuous improvements of patient outcomes In engaging with our customers, you will bring innovative ideas to the greater Marketing organization and R&D that impact the advancement of our life-changing technologies. You will develop curriculum, prepare speakers, and manage programs to support customer training and education at international conferences and Canadian events. You will be responsible for the development and facilitation of customized training and education programs for Medtronic Personnel in Canada and Latin America on the safe and effective use of our technologies to help drive the launch and adoption of products used to treat atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias. You will provide onsite training and case support during the launch phase of innovative technologies in Canada You will partner with the Marketing and Sales organizations in Canada and Latin America to develop and implement strategic plans for customer training and education to ensure optimal use of Medtronic products.
