In this rewarding opportunity you will demonstrate compliance with the train maintenance agreed with Train Operators and Owners, by ensuring Fleet Maintenance Plans (Maintenance VMI, tracked assets, and maintenance intervals) are promptly implemented in the Siemens train maintenance management system. Job Responsibilities: Timely publication, accuracy, and upkeep of fleets Vehicle Maintenance Schedules in standard formats enabling auditable traceability to engineering intent and the Engineering Change process Oversee and undertake input of maintenance management master data (tracked assets, tasks, intervals) to maintenance management systems Identify maintenance system super users and act as centre of excellence providing guidance where local MMS input is undertaken, and a point of contact for CMMS improvements Develop, implement, and maintain key indicators of Maintenance Integrity which highlight areas to the business where inefficiencies or loss of effectiveness can occur considering all assurance, contractual and financial requirements Provision of specialist support to the Quality function for governance audits Monitor maintenance and configuration of assets against the planned requirements, ensuring there is demonstrable maintenance integrity of all Siemens managed rolling stock Assist in the development and improvement of Rolling Stock maintenance regimes Work closely with Maintenance Standards Engineers and be a single point of contact for each fleet Maintenance Plan including regulatory compliance, timely publication of documentation changes undertaken by Technical Authors under the Engineering change process, and the upkeep of fleet Technical Files and other associated asset documentation Analyse deficiencies and propose improvements to the Business Service Safety reviews Job Requirements: Effective organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate the ability to analyse information effectively Knowledge of IT based maintenance management systems and the ability to input structured data Good knowledge of Rolling Stock Maintenance techniques and principles (preferred) Good knowledge of IT systems/software Excellent attention to detail Qualification & Experience: Experience of rolling stock maintenance and documentation systems Formal engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent standard) Job Details: Company: Siemens Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: Management Job Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
