The Talent Sourcing Lead plays a critical role in achieving our mission by enabling the Siemens US Talent Acquisition team to develop effective and innovative sourcing strategies for talent nationwide. Job Responsibilities: Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by ensuring that the sourcing team is creating diverse talent pools and candidate slates Inspire, engage, manage and develop a team of high performing Talent Sourcers in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment As a player-coach, directly manage a small sourcing workload with emphasis on critical roles Promote a culture of accountability and creativity on the sourcing team to achieve optimal outcomes for the business Ensure adherence to Siemens talent acquisition policies, systems, and procedures and compliance with applicable governmental regulations and legislation Closely monitor team workload, productivity and performance against established KPIs and identify appropriate interventions when required Build talent networks and pipelines and tap into knowledgeable industry resources to develop candidate pipelines Provide detailed reporting on sourcing team productivity, conversion, channel effectiveness and other key metrics Promote technology adoption to ensure that your team is leveraging the tech stack to its fullest, including consistent use of market data tools to inform sourcing strategy Qualification & Experience: Where permitted by applicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons. Experience with TA technology including automation and AI with the ability to drive teams to adopt and maximize technology Experience using data and market intelligence to inform TA strategy High School Diploma.
