Job Description: we have an exciting role as an employer brand + talent acquisition executive to join our talent acquisition team here at wagamama this is a brand-new role which will work closely with the head of talent acquisition + wider talent acquisition team to drive all employer brand initiatives to attract the best future talent to wagamama. you will also support the wider talent acquisition team with adhoc hiring + sourcing where required you’ll be passionate about wagamama, super creative + want to showcase everything we love about working here to our outside audiences + future talent Job Responsibilities: continually update employer brand calendar + ensure content + campaigns are ready for timelines set you’ll enjoy travelling to our restaurants to gain content + imagery to showcase both internally + externally support peak recruitment campaigns + drive more local employer brand campaigns support talent acquisition partners with hiring management vacancies across our restaurants as + when required work with the head of talent acquisition to build + create further social channels to showcase our employer brandcommunity management + keeping on top of reviews + responding to reviews across all employer brand social channels working with the head of talent acquisition to activate employer brand campaigns across all our channels to bring our evp to life drive internal engagement across glassdoor + other channels support the talent acquisition team with hiring for new openings + assessment days keep linkedin, glassdoor + indeed up to date with new content create and continually update employer brand asset bank support head of ta with other adhoc + key employer brand projects Job Requirements: you'll be used to coordinating + planning ahead, managing + meeting multiple deadlines you will have experience within a talent acquisition or employer brand role strong attention to detail + organisational skills you’ll be super creative + love thinking outside of the box you’ll be a great collaborator + enjoy partnering with our restaurants + other teams such as marketing + the wider people team you’ll be passionate about working for wagamama + act as an employer brand ambassador Job Details: Company: Wagamama Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: Other Job Location: Inverness, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
