Job Description: an exciting role that provides support on all employee relations issues + administration of key hr processes + hr projects to ensure we are complaint with current employment legislation and wagamama policies Job Responsibilities: manages all disciplinary and grievances providing timely, compliant and accurate advice to ensure disputes are resolved satisfactorily administration, review and delivery of subject access requests assist with benefit queries and process benefits for new starters – pension and private healthcare, long service awards manages occupational health referral process, ensuring timely response from provider 80% of the role will be spent managing ER manages people services help desk mailbox day to day, answering queries in the people services inbox, signposting to policies and dealing with ad-hoc requests when asked. manages the HR chatbot technology, ensuring answers are accurate and up to date provides coaching to managers on policies as required. working closely with the people operations manager to identify manager training needs and development opportunities updating hr system in conjunction with payroll team for head office roles. ensures people data is accurate and up to date in hr system (e.g. job titles) manages employee lifecycle administration in conjunction with people coordinator for new + existing employees (top 6 roles for operations + all head office roles). owns the right to work compliance checks, ensuring checks made to ensure all employees right to work documents are valid in support of people coordinator, producing offer letters, drafting contracts, issuing leaver letters, instructing payroll of changes to employee terms Job Requirements: able to demonstrate knowledge of employment law and policy compliance/best practice strong knowledge of investigation, disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management processes strong written and verbal communication skills customer focussed with a high level of professionalism and discretion have a strong eye for detail be able to work to deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency for resolution uphold our data protection policy and ensure all private and confidential dated is filed securely or disposed of in a responsible manner CIPD level 5 desirable Qualification & Experience: experience of generalist people related processes, practices and administration Job Details: Company: Wagamama Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: Human Resources Job Location: London, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
