Job Description: The Business Change Area is responsible for analysing new client/internal change and facilitating the integration of new business into the existing Edinburgh operation. The Testing Unit is responsible for coordination and/or carrying out User Acceptance Testing for all internal and client requested changes. The primary test system is Multifonds but knowledge for all Citi fund accounting systems/feeds is advantages (e.g., FSR, MFIC, GSM, Morning Load, SDS, Confluence, Walker, etc) Job Responsibilities: Daily communications with internal and Client stakeholders to understand test execution to be performed Root cause analysis on failed trades Daily Test co-ordination between Middle Office trade processing and Fund Accounting trade processing Create test scripts to cover business requirements for process or code changes within Fund Accounting platforms Update ALM with Test execution & Defects Feedback & discussion with internal and Client stakeholders on failed test scenarios Execute test scripts within Fund Accounting to process, Trades and run Fund NAV to generate Client feeds Working with Project and Programme manager to communicate Test status E2E testing for Internal testing followed by Client JUAT testing where required Job Requirements: Ability to work under pressure against aggressive deadlines Ability to execute actions according to a prescribed plan of activities Numeric High level of attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team, and also work independently with minimum supervision An aptitude for working with systems and processes, including data input skills Communication and interpersonal skills Principles of quality process improvement Ability to plan and organise work Qualification & Experience: Experience using Multifonds (fund administration).
