Job Description: This position will support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization for both Materials and Pricing. The primary responsibility of this role will be to support the business in the migration to SAP ERP system, leading but not limited to Master Data for Materials, Pricing and Suppliers. Support in KPI reporting and performance management by developing models, dashboards, and workflows. Job Responsibilities: Ensure master data operation is smooth and act as a control gate to ensure supporting documents, level of approval and system tools to be used are compliance with company standards. Participate in projects and initiatives to facilitate across multiple functional areas and market. Participate on data quality improvement initiatives. Resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards. Perform regular business-related activities e.g., data quality review, data clean up, system user profile maintenance, dashboard reporting. Be the SPOC for the Master Data and Performance Team on a SAP migration project. Accountable for an axis for item creation, prices, assortment data accuracy. Pro-actively monitoring and analyzing all master data objects for continuous improvements on the cleanliness of data including controlling data redundancy; ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency of master data across all business systems. Support the Master Data Management strategy to ensure data standardization, quality, governance and provide a single source-of-truth for the domains. Work closely with the business / IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operation of the application meet all requirements. Job Requirements: Team spirit, agility, adaptability, and tolerance to pressure. Education: Engineering or Business Master’s degree. Ability to provide on-call support in case of emergent issues. Previous experience in Retail or FMCG companies; Cosmetic market knowledge is a plus. Minimum 6+ years’ experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality domains and MDM tools. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and “can do “mentality. Advanced Excel is a must, along with being comfortable with large data. Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude. Strong Oracle / SAP skills, Looker and or other BI reporting tools.
