Job Description: Reporting to the SVP of IT Operations, the Senior Cloud Engineer is a team member who is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of systems running within the company’s Cloud infrastructure. The successful applicant will specialize in system and network administration but will also support other infrastructure systems. This is a hands-on IT infrastructure position in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and training on the implemented systems. Evaluate, recommend, and implement strategies for growth and scalability. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks. Work independently with little supervision on day to day tasks, receiving general instructions on new assignments. Generate periodic reports of system availability to management and external teams. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues. Identify and work with other groups to coordinate application interdependencies and resolve issues. Assist with network infrastructure and various system environments within the Corporate and Cloud infrastructure. Provides leadership to identify, manage risks, and resolve issues in a team environment. Help monitor network and IT Systems to ensure availability and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Job Requirements: Advanced network, systems, and security skills Routing protocols: BPG, EIGRP, OSPF Coordinates software, hardware and system installations and changes. 7+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment Virtualized enterprise environments Network monitoring solutions Cisco IOS and NX-OS, either on native gear of Cisco compliant vendors.
