Job Description: The Full Time Data Entry associate is responsible for maintaining Scheels database by entering and updating orders and working directly with vendors. This position will work closely with Scheels Line Leaders and Specialty Shop Managers. They will be responsible for accurate interpretation, compilation, and entering data in the computer system. Job Responsibilities: Analyze documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution Experience entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data using 10-key to maximize efficiency Enter UPCs and other items into Scheels systems with efficiency Perform adjustments for the Accounts Receivable team on price/cost issues Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skills Strive for continuous personal and professional improvement in the workplace Perform work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment Assists Receptionist by answering calls from vendors/internal and external customer, direct the call to the proper destination with polite and friendly attitude.
