Job Description: We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. Job Responsibilities: Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Shows up on time and ready to work. Performs store checklist tasks. Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary. Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Blends delicious tasting smoothies. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
