Job Description: This Business Solutions and Support Manager will be responsible for assisting the Global Reebok Product Marketing, Merchandising, and Go-to-Market communities on all marketing-related business applications. This role should encourage Head Office product marketing processes be supported through relevant solutions. The individual should also be able to articulate operational business requirements to existing applications. Job Responsibilities: Own and report out on overarching email results, sharing weekly and monthly insights with leadership and cross-functional teams Own the execution of all product-related, dynamic, and promotional email campaign needs, including creative delivery, new campaign rollout, and existing campaign optimizations. Partner with Retail on omni-channel strategies that leverage email to drive both in-store and eCommerce wins Assist in management of relationships with third party vendors and tools that power our programs, including the exploration and piloting of new tools Manage campaign reporting and analysis to ensure sales, traffic and brand KPIs are met Assist in audience segmentation and targeting strategy for all communications In collaboration with CRM and Loyalty teams, lead long-term strategic initiatives, such as personalization, to deliver best in class experience for the Reebok consumer Develop the Email strategy, working closely with Creative, CRM and Category Management teams to achieve business objectives. Excellent business process management skills and related technologies. Qualification & Experience: Advantageous, but not necessary: BS in Information Systems; PMI Agile Certified Preferred: Agile/scrum methodologies; Consumer packaged goods (CPG) background SaaS: MicroStrategy, Smartsheet, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM) Years of practical experience in an IT consultant/business analyst role with proven successes. University degree or equivalent education required.
