Job Description: The Global Retail Operations Leader will develop, refining, and deploy operational standards and best practices that drive best-in-class consumer experiences and team satisfaction across the NB Network of owned, 3rd party, and distributor stores globally. Partnering with regional operations teams, this position optimizes in-store efficiencies to drive profitable store performance while effectively providing solutions to manage store overhead expenses/costs. Additionally, this position will establish global protocols/practices ensuring information, technologies and tools are adopted to ensure compliance of operational brand standards. Job Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a globally recognized communications platform which provides a consistent single source of/for all retail information Document and catalog retail experiences, including, consumer engagement and experience(s) best practices, operational processes and procedures for access by regional partners Effectively manage a variety of retail operations initiatives and ensure coordination of logistics, launch, internal marketing, materials, on-time completion and adoption of initiatives Liaise with corporate and regional retail partners as an ambassador of all things Retail Operations Lead the development and evolution of critical retail operations capabilities that will improve the consumer experience, drive efficiencies and improve key performance metrics Work as part of the core Workforce Management Team to develop, launch and maintain Labor Scheduling, Time and Attendance and Task Management across all regions. Identify systems and processes which improve efficiency and drive profitability across retail functions Build and launch a replicable store operations model across formats and channels that establishes consistent brand expectations and compliance measures through front and back of house operations and consumer touchpoints Partner and support Global Training Team to launch and monitor retail training initiatives (Retail Experiences, Retail Operations, Product Knowledge) Consult with key stakeholders to understand current operations, research and benchmark industry best practices, identify opportunities for improvement and take action to implement them Partner with Global Retail Training to market and launch Global Retail Operations Center of Excellence, NB University, making it accessible to region and channel partners Job Requirements: Project management expertise, ideally with planning, implementation and evaluation of retail programs and initiatives Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment Highly influential, engaging and persuasive in communications.
