Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Marketing Manager - Trade Shows & Sponsorships to manage the planning and execution of tradeshow and sponsorship activity for the Corporate Marketing Department. Responsibilities include: Job Responsibilities: Organization of all booth assets, materials, samples and shipments for each event. Creation of new tradeshow assets that promote and align with the Cintas brand as well as attract prospects to our booths. Management of tradeshow booth assets including storage contracts, annual asset clean-up, repair and/or replacement, enhancement, etc. Planning, execution and measurement of trade association marketing campaigns and pre/post show marketing activities. Managing the annual trade show calendar and communicating to all stakeholders to ensure successful execution of 30+ events. Central point of contact for trade associations, event staff, marketing and sales stakeholders. Coordination of demo days to deliver premium experience for customers and prospects utilizing existing sponsorship assets (site selection, catering, presentation materials, creative, set up and tear down). Coordination of special events for select national shows to deliver a premium experience for key customers and prospects. Central point of contact for venues and internal stakeholders to coordinate sponsorship events and manage ticketing activity. Job Requirements: Strong project management and communication skills. Experience in customer and vendor negotiations. Strong understanding of tradeshow management responsibilities. Ability to manage asset creative process aligning with brand guidelines and marketing strategy. Ability to work closely with senior leadership, marketing managers and key stakeholders.
