Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization. Complete all point of sale functions as required. Stay informed of current fashion trends. Understand the Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team. Complete all required training. Effectively communicate all store needs to management Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers. Perform all Operational/Loss Prevention procedures accurately according to policies. Job Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age. Desire to succeed in fast paced retail environment. Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to learn. Stand for long periods of time Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
