Job Description: At Bath & Body Works we have a robust customer data warehouse and need an expert to help launch the data science function for the digital space in marketing. We need someone experienced in the application of data and predictive analytics to understand the potency of different points in the customer journey to identify conversion drivers and optimize spend.
